Grandma's Egg Noodles
Yield 5 servings.
In a small bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Make a well in the center.
In another bowl, beat the egg yolks, egg, water and oil; pour into well.
Stir to form a stiff dough.
Turn dough onto a well floured surface; knead 8 - 10 times.
Divide into thirds.
Roll each portion into 1/8 inch thickness.
Cut dough into 1/4 inch strips; cut the strips into 2-inch lengths.
Cook immediately in boiling broth for 5 - 7 minutes or until tender; drain.

When I was growing up, I loved to watch my Grandma Myrtle make noodles.
Her specialty was chicken and homemade noodles,
a dinner that she served us many times. I always think of Grandma Myrtle
whenever I make these noodles.
