Never-Fail Cheese Souffle

Amount Ingredient
6 slices bread
2 cups diced cheese
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon mustard
3 eggs
pinch salt & pepper


Cut bread in small squares.
Place layer of bread and layer of cheese in casserole until dish is full.

Beat eggs, add mustard, salt, pepper and milk.
Pour over bread and cheese.
Sprinkle top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
