Cleaning Copper Pans
From: Dancingchef
I have two expensive copper saute pans that for a long time have been a bear to clean.
I tried every commerical cleaner on the market to no avail.....
Ran across a newspaper article by Martha Stewart on the subject
and low and behold it works like a charm.

Take equal parts of Kosher salt and lemon juice and make a paste,
rub on the pans and in no time they will be bright and shinny.

Another Version . . .
Lemon and salt can shine copper and brass.
Use a half a lemon dipped in salt and rub over the item(s).
Polish with a soft cloth dipped in water.
